Modular and relocatable buildings are transported by road on a flat bed lorry
or trailer platform.
What do I need to do prior to delivery?
Access to the site needs to be kept clear of all obstructions, allowing enough
space for the vehicle delivering the building and the lorry mounted crane.
Do ROVACABIN buildings meet the DDA, SENDA and Part M of the building regulations?
ROVACABIN buildings meet the requirements of the regulations and obligations
of the DDA. You should seek clarification of these requirements from your building
control department as your precise requirements are project specific.
Can Harsco Infrastructure do the groundworks?
Harsco Infrastructure can supply a ‘one stop shop’ that includes the groundworks,
plus planning and building control approvals.
Do ROVACABIN buildings meet fire regulations?
ROVACABIN buildings are designed to meet Part b regulations with half hour fire
resistance. This can be increased to one hour if required.
